Research Interests:

• Utilization of information technology in agriculture to achieve higher level of crop productivity and to reduce the footprint of farming practices on the environment
• Site-specific management of inputs (seeds, nutrients, pesticides and water) based on soil and crop properties to improve crop yield and quality
• Development of techniques for early detection of crop physiological response to stresses and integration into decision support systems
• Adaptation of precision agriculture concept for small-scale farming
